Precautions for operating a high-speed hair planting machine

The transmission structure of high-speed wool planting machine consists of a main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems. The four servo axes are degree X-axis, vertical Y-axis, hair change Z-axis and rotary A-axis. The XY two-axis coordinates determine the position of the toothbrush hole, the A axis plays the role of changing to the next toothbrush, and the Z axis plays the role of changing the hair color of the toothbrush.

When the spindle motor (inverter control) is running, the four electronically controlled servo axes run with it, and the other four axes are stopped when the spindle stops. The speed of the spindle determines the speed of hair grafting, and the four servo axes respond to requests for harmonious drive, otherwise it will show hair removal or uneven hair.
1. When the machine is started, do not open the right door of the fuselage to prevent clothing and other objects from getting involved in the belt.

2. Do not put your hands into the machine that has been started.

3. Do not drop other items such as tools or brush handles into the running machine to prevent damage to parts caused by the impact of the hair head or hook knife.

4. If the parts are worn, please replace them as soon as possible to prevent the formation of other local parts that are damaged or produce poor quality scrap.

5. Pay attention to the cleanliness, maintenance and smoothness of the machine.

6. Tank with clean 46-48# hydraulic oil.

7. The oil cup of the intake filter regulator should be filled with valve vapor spray oil.
